I knew Reesey several years ago through the Unitarian church, and still keep up by reading the newsletter. Wow, what a challenge you all are facing. But, wow again, how well it's gone so far. Raquel is such a beautiful babe !!! Very best to all, B.T.

Raquel- you are such a blessing and your story will inspire many. I pray for your continued success and healing. Melvin & Coral- continue to keep the faith and continue the great job you are doing as Raquel's parents. You are blessed to have such a strong beautiful daughter and she is blessed to have such strong and wonderful parents. Yo, I'm glad everything worked out for ya'll. Shout out to Katie who came through and was a big help to Racquel. I was hoping everything workout for all 3 of you because you all have been motivating me for nearly the past 3 years and I thank you for that. When I realized that Racquel made the cover of the Sun-Times (good publicity), I was excited. Racquel's birthday is in 3 days...anything planned?

Coral, Melvin and Raquel, Jose and I have just finished reading your blog enteries and we are just overjoyed to the point of tears at how well she is recovering. I was pretty distracted at the hospital but being at home has left a lot of time wondering how she is doing and anxiously hoping all the good things stay good. And I know in my heart it will. We were so moved by the kind words you've said in thanks and especially by Melvin's beautiful tribute to Coral and Raquel. It just amazes me how much loves flows between your little family, how much strength and faith that continues to sustain you all. Seeing that and feeling it when we were in your presence has made every moment worthwhile. We hope to visit again soon! Give her kisses & hugs from us. A big sloppy one from Phoenix, too.
