It has been exactly three months since Raquel's liver transplant. Some days it is still hard to believe that the whole thing happened at all. Things went so quickly and so smoothly. Tomorrow we will celebrate and give thanks for all the many things that we have to be thankful for. Last year we sat down at the table and thanked God for our happy, healthy and beautiful baby girl. We thought we were blessed then. This was a mere two weeks before we found out she had Biliary Atresia.  We now know how special Raquel is and how deeply blessed we truly are.  When we sit down tomorrow we will thank God for Katie, her husband Jose, her family, our doctors/surgeons, our friends and family and everyone who has helped and supported us this year. We will thank God for the strength he has given us and the amazing things that He has made possible. And finally we will give thanks again for our happy, healthy and beautiful baby girl. :)
